Steering and Seat Shake at 120km/h and more

Steering and Seat Shake at 120km/h and more
Greetings,
My car shakes at 120km/h or more. I can feel it in the seat and steering wheel. I just bought the car from MB dealership 3 weeks ago. It had 17" Continentals Front and Bridgestones Back. Discovered vibrations the following day. So took ot to tyre shop, and they discovered that the rims were bent, so took them back to the dealership to fix. Whilst they were fixing, I put on new sets of Bridgestones R/FT 19" wheels, with wheel profiles as recommended by MB. However, I am still feeling the vibrations at 120 km/h or more. What could this be? Could this still related to wheels balancing? I did wheel balancing when we put on the new 19" wheel. What else needs to be done?
