C300 2016 Audio20 - no „Individual” Mode available?
Hello all.
My C300 has the „Dynamic” switch (does it differ from „Agility Select”?) next to the infotainment knob - as probably all the automatic gearbox C300 have.
i can switch all the way up through sport, sport+ (i can feel the handling getting stiffer and gearbox becoming more aggresive). I can see the driving modes change both in the instrument cluster display and the main display.
when it comes to „individual” it gets tricky.
I see that the „Individual” has been selected in both displays. I see that there is an “adjust” option shown, but no matter what I do (either click OK on the steering wheel or confirming with the infotainment knob) it does nothing and just gets back to the main menu.
I took the car to the MB specialized shop and I was told that my version of Audio20 doesn’t support the Individual mode, so it’s normal I cannot adjust it.
It sounds a bit odd for me, why would MB put an option to “adjust” individual mode (and the individual mode itself) in a car that doesn’t support it?
or maybe I’m wrong and it really is what it is.
if it matters my vin is 55SWF4JB0GU168148.
I couldn’t find a similar problem neither in google nor in other threads unfortunately. Hope someone can explain that for me, thanks in advance.
