Hi all 1st post so plz be kind lol. Got this warning on the dash and what I've searched s the Aux Battery needs replacing and I've bought a new one and where it should be ( passenger footwell ) there isn't one at all. Would this mean I need to replace the main battery? Need help people, thx in advance.

The most common cause of this message prompt is the main battery. I got this same prompt about 2 months ago and it was my main battery. Replacing the main battery resolved the issue.
How old is your battery? I would check your main battery first.
When my Auxiliary Battery (PCB) failed on my W205 years ago, the message prompt was different, I think it said "Aux Battery Malfunction" or something like that.
The other common issue is the auxiliary battery which has a different dashboard warning and it says auxiliary battery. I had a 70 amper battery I replaced it with 80 A I never saw this stop vehicle warning again.
