It's a 2020 C300 CPO car with factory warranty. Just got it from the Mercedes dealership. The service advisor didn't know it. Is it a after market USB port? Tracker won't be that obvious?
That's a 12V socket and the previous owner left their 12V USB charger in there. Just pull out the USB charger and you'll see it's a regular 12V socket. I have my radar detector plugged in there when in use.
Got it. It looks like is screwed mounted, I will try to see if the USB port works later. Is it ok we just leave it there?
Shouldn't be screwed on or anything. Just have to pull it out. Here's an example of a radar detector adapter plugged in. Not mine, but similar to mine. You can certainly leave it there, too and use it if it works.
