i've been trying to have the crackle sound on upshift and it doesn't seem like i want to happen, i deleted my resonators and added a cutout before the mufflers now i think im going to get a downpipe but the question is whats the difference between catless and highflow and which of them will let me have the fart noise

The sounds you're looking for, you'll probably need a tune. hacking up the exhaust not really gonna help.
As for downpipes catless will give you "better performance " and be louder than the one with cat. The one with cat has the benefit of have less gassy smell in the car. you would need tune to get the best performance out of either one

seems like you just want your car loud, so the catless probably a good option. just keep in mind once you remove cats the exhaust fumes / gassy smell is very noticeable.
what stage 1 tune did you get? you could have had have the pops and crackles added at that point. do a search in the forum for burble tune, there's lots of info on the site regarding set ups with the various tunes and stages offered.
