Parking Sensos always turned off

Parking Sensors always turned off
Hi
anyone has experienced troubles with parking sensors? everytime I turn on the car the sensores are turned off and the button with the red light. if I try to turn them ON they "bipp" everywhere and still off. Sometimes after some kms they turn ON and start working.
Also I have the "P" symbol On even at higher speeds.
