Hello! For driving at highway speeds, which mode do you recommend?

Well that depends on you and your background. Whenever I get downgraded to a C300 loaner while my C63 is in the shop, I can't drive it in anything other than Sport+. Comfort is just too non-responsive. I might put it in Comfort for stop&go traffic, but that's about it.

last time i took my 2016 C450AMG for 4700$ repair at Mercedes dealer.
i asked that loaner lady if i can get something better then EQB, she said she got a EQS580 ! so i took it !
i gave her 10$ tip for giving me a nice loaner

My most recent loaner was an EQS 450+. It's my most favorite loaner so far. Had proper throttle response, but still ended up driving it in Sport the entire time. Doesn't have Sport+. I've driven the EQS 580 as well and had to put it in Sport. Non-AMG models just don't do it for me. FWIW, I also drove the AMG EQS and AMG EQE. Those I can get on with.

I was curious. Because my suspension is comfort. Do you have any idea if the comfort suspension lowers at higher speeds?

Only an air suspension would do that. Don't know what the suspension options are for your specific model in Europe. Don't think air suspension was an option, though. Your suspension likely doesn't change between modes. If you go to the Individual mode settings and you don't see the suspension setting, then the dynamic select mode doesn't change your suspension when you switch modes. It will only change the throttle map, shift program and steering weight.

The C459 has an adaptive suspension, so in your case it does get stiffer in Sport and Sport+.
