Stupid question. Don't ask how it happened.

How can I get this.... back in there.... without removing the entire door panel.

If you use a small plastic trim tool (like the ones that come with dashcams to pry cables into trim), you should be able to depress the retaining tabs slightly and pop it back in. The tabs are fragile -- be careful not to break them off.

My speakers pop out whenever I start playing '70's disco above 96dB.
