Hi all, I have a C Class 350 2018, the media unit has stopped working, SAT-NAV fine. No use of mobile phone, no DAB radio, no possibility of internet radio.
Official MB garage says fuse is fine it is a connector box above the rear wheel arch which has suffered water damage.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the repair outcome.
