Hello all, Hope you are having a good day.

I have an issue with the NTG 5.1 (I believe) on my w205 and would appreciate your help resolving it

So I recently purchased a 2014 (w205) C250. Previous owner had installed a larger Android screen, but gave me the original screen and the wiring harness when he sold the car. I prefer the original so installed it straight away. Everything works as it should except the 'Media' screen, where only the 'Storage/ HDD' option is available. Like the option to select CD, Media interface, USB, bluetooth audio is not showing at all - click Media and jumps directly into 'Storage/HDD'. Telephone audio works and USB ports have power. Based on my limited knowledge I think the system is somehow not 'reading' the media options mentioned above and hence not providing the option to select them

Before I open up the center console again, just wanted to reach out and ask if you had any recommendations on what I should check? like if there is a common denominator, such as specific wires in the quadlock etc or any other connection that could be affecting functionality of these media options. Also do you think this could be a software issue?

Hey there, Thank you for pointing out the issue with the font colour. Seems like dark mode switches the font colour to white. Thank you!

You have definitely forgot to move over the 2 orange (if I can remember correctly) wires from the top of the quadlock back onto the original quadlock, they're part of the MOST ring and mess up the whole system if not plugged in as it breaks that ring.
