W205 sound and settings not working
I’m having a strange issue wondering if anyone can help.
I have a 2018 c43. Everything was working fine. I came back in the car from a drive to a store and when I turned on my car command and CarPlay connected to my phone as normal however no sound from the speakers. I tested normal Bluetooth and radio and still no sound. My 360 cam and backup cam suddenly will not turn on.
I did a soft reset with the cd player button then a factory reset and same issue.
Also I noticed that after the factory reset in vehicle settings I am missing options like dynamic select, interior lighting and 360 cam settings.
I can still use my dynamic select button just can’t access it in the settings like I could prior to the factory reset.
I have no idea what happened. Anyone experience this before or have any suggestions?

Have an appt tomorrow morning at Mercedes. I will post what they say.
I am really hoping it is software as I scared myself by seeing threads about needing to replace headunits for ridiculous amounts of $$$$

So the headunit is defective and the dealer is asking MB if they will cover it because to replace is $6,500+tax (ridiculous lol). What I am wondering is if they will not cover it can I just swap it out with an android unit or is the head unit connected to the CD player/host and will need to swap that as well.
