At iCARMIX, we recently had the opportunity to upgrade a W205 with the factory 360-degree camera system, a comprehensive package including front, side, and rear-facing cameras, as well as the necessary computer module and connecting cables.
To complement the upgrade, and because you need a camera hole in your grille, the vehicle was also fitted with an EURSPEC GT-style front grille to provide a stylish visual enhancement.
The installation process involved the removal of various exterior components, such as the front bumper, door panels, and side mirrors.
Additionally, the vehicle's computer system required configuration to enable the 360-degree camera functionality and ensure proper camera alignment.
The end result is a seamless parking experience, a comprehensive visual overview, allowing the driver to see the vehicle's surroundings from multiple angles, including the rear, sides, and even the front.
This greatly enhances the driver's confidence and fluidity when maneuvering the vehicle into tight spaces, reducing the risk of unwanted collisions.
