White smoke with coolant low. Intercooler leak?

Recent had a waste gate go bad i assume. Computer told me low boost. The second coolant resorvoir on the upper passenger side is empty. I still drove it around and now the car is smoking white from the exaust. How can i know where the problem is?
is it a intercooler leak? I have a code P026E71

Be careful, you seem to say that the car blew the head gasket.
do a test and repair it

Head gasket could be one and would explain low boost and coolant being burned.

Fix quick before you ruin cats burning coolant as burning oil is next

I just took apart my intercooler and found pieces of rubber bits and thin aluminum pieces. What does that mean? It is coming from the turbo pipe.

if headgasket is blown. It drinks the coolant from the upper small reservoir? Not the main one?

compression test on each cylinder is one test to determine head gasket failure
