I have a 2015 c300 4-matic I got an engine code for the crankshaft and camshaft bank 1 . I replaced the crank sensor and the left cam sensor didn’t know if I should change the other cam sensor and replace the cam magnets ? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check basic timing. Most likely it needs camshaft adjuster assembly.
