No Spark - C300 W205
Hoping someone can shed some light onto my situation
2015 C300, 2.0T M274
replaced the long block, button everything up. Ground checked, coolant filled, checked crank sensor, cam sensor, all seems to be working condition. Have two CPS swapped
crank no start, pulled spark plug out and don't see spark
have fuel pressure in rail, can hear high pressure pump spinning. sensor sees 13L in tank, value changes as I filled the gas
only code in ECU is P06DA00 - but I can activate the oil pump valve between 10 and 90 percent, but the VP340 shunt voltage stays at 0.02v, range is supposed to be 1-2 when opened, 0.08 to 0.18v when at 10%. I've read others got this code and still be able to drive their car, so I don't think that's causing the no spark condition.
starter is strong, and battery is charged. can feel compression when manually crank, and cranking doesn't sound "empty". Confident compression is good
found that I can code injectors, coded new injectors in, but that still didn't make a difference except now I do smell a little bit of fuel when cranking
Only thing I can think of is some sensor is not happy and therefore not sparking the plugs. I do not have oscilloscope to check the timing/reluctor wheel pulses
