Hi all-

I had the battery out for several hours yesterday; upon reconnecting the battery the tailgate lift motors don’t work. actuating the tailgate (using key fob, tailgate handle, or switch inside of driver’s door) will unlatch the door, but does not cause the lift motors to open the door. Similarly, once opened, touching the illuminated button to close the tailgate does nothing.

Have any of you encountered this before? Any tips for how to reset the system to get it working again?
