2017 Mercedes C300 4Matic Coupe

I am looking to upgrade my wheels and tires, and would like some recommendations. I have a 2017 C300 4Matic Coupe, and currently have 225/45R18 and wanted to upgrade the wheels, and its also time for some new tires. I would like to get a 20" rim, this one seemed appealing to me https://www.ebay.com/itm/256063799417 but I want to make sure I get tires that go with this rim, and wont cause any issues for my car. I was looking at these tires https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...s&gad_source=1 as they are on sale, but am not sure if I want them as they aren't run flats. Please let me know any suggestions anyone has rims or tires. I am looking for black or grey colored wheel, and do prefer run flats. Thanks!

Upsizing to 20" wheels will likely require a shorter sidewall tire. You'll want to keep the overall diameter and width as close to your current setup in order to avoid significant speedo/odo error and physical interference. The tire calculator at tiresize.com is helpful for comparing tire and wheel size options. But losing an inch of tire sidewall height, especially with a runflat tire, is going to yield a harsh ride and maybe greater susceptibility to wheel damage. If all you're after is appearance, be sure that's worth the consequences.
