2018 c300 4matic power steering fluid type
Hello,
I am trying to find the correct power steering fluid type for my car. There’s a low squealing noise whenever I turn the wheel and while the auto shop says they couldn’t hear it, I suspect it’s from low fluid.
I have yet to do a transmission service but also wondering if I can top off the fluid in the meantime (since it’s so expensive).
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We do not have power steering fluid. its an electronic rack.
Transmission fluid can not be topped off on the 7G or 9G trans, and should not ever leak and need topped off.
Best to perform maint of fluid and filter at the MB interval to keep it working for the life of the car.
