C Class trunk cargo net

Hello, I've recently wanted to purchase a trunk cargo net for my 2017 C-Class W205, in order to keep the objects I put in the trunk not falling apart when I'm driving. In order to achieve this, I would need the 4 mounting points which are missing in my trunk. I asked my local Mercedes dealer about them but after searching the pieces using my car's VIN number they told me that they found no piece available for my car. Do you have any idea if my car is indeed not compatible for the cargo net, or is it just the fact that it does not come from the factory with it? If it's possible to have them installed, is there any way that we can find the pieces code numbers, in order to buy them myself? Thanks, I'll attach a video to show exactly what I'm talking about.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class - Mounting the cargo net
I can't remember but it might had been part of a storage package, the net comes along side the collapsible grocery grate.

Can you post a picture of your trunk? Are all 4 rings really missing from your car? I thought they were standard, but the net might not be included. At least the two up by the backseat are usually hiding below the trunk liner. There's a slit in the liner to push them through. If you lift it you should see them lurking below it. My C63S coupe came with the net from the factory, but I had to fish out the rings as said. Mine also came with a foldable crate that can be stored away below the trunk floor. Those two items are part of the storage package, which also adds the nets on the back of the front seats and another net in the passenger footwell. I guess the lower trim models don't include the storage package, but I was under the impression that the rings to hook the net into are still there.

At least the original front mounting pieces are missing since the car had the springs replaced a few years ago by the previous owner so it got some sort of replacement bolts instead.

All I can find points to the cargo net hooks being pre-existing, so they should be there. Although, I just noticed you have a 250 and are located in Europe. Might be different in Europe and with a 250. We don't have anything below the 300 here in North America. Dealership should be a able to find the part number so they can order replacements. The net is sold without mounting hardware, so it all points to the hardware being there from the factory and then the net just hooks into it.

For some reason the dealership told me that there is no piece available for my car after searching based on the VIN number. We have 3 different Mercedes dealerships in my town, maybe I should ask a different one. The problem is that I don't know what exactly was in the front mounting points from the factory as they got removed in the past and are missing since then.

I haven't tried that But I can tell you that the trunk is a bit smaller than it's direct BMW competitor as in my ex F30 I was able to fit two wheels equipped with tires, one above the other, but with this car I can only fit one of the same size.
