2018 Benz C300

Scraping noise after unlocking/locking Benz 2018 C300

Hi folks and experts,

Could you please kindly help me understand the scraping noise after unlocking/locking my benz 2018 C300?

Details could be found in the following vedio:

The sound can happen ~3 times after unlocking/locking and especially loud for cold starts.
I suspect the issue should be something related to the locking system given the sound appears immediately after unlocking.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Cannot hear what you are talking about, that said, could it be something hydraulic like airmatic, if the vehicle has it?

Oh I hear it, did you try locating the approximate location it is (as in from the bottom of the vehicle, from the front or rear?), could it be the exterior side mirrors?

Thanks again! It should be somewhere around the left rear passenger door (near middle part of the car). Sounds like around the bottom, but I am not quite sure. The noise does not come from the mirrors.
