Why won't my glove box come out!! 2014 W205
Hey Guys...hope everyone is doing well...
Quick question...I'm trying to remove the glove box on my 2014 W205 C Class but I'm running into a problem...I've removed all six (6) screws from the glove box as per the manual and YouTube videos but for sum reason the darn box won't come out
. It's as though there's another screw or something holding it in place somewhere.
In the videos I'm looking at it comes out easily but mine is just stuck in there...I pulled and pulled and the entire dashboard is creaking and bending but it won't come out...the car was actually rocking back and forth too

Has anyone ever run into this issue?...I've attached a video for more info.
