Underboost Error Turbocharger 1 and turbocharger 2

Underboost Error Turbocharger 1 and turbocharger 2
w205 c63 m177 underboost error only comes up when i launch it in race mode the error comes after launching it for 6-7 seconds and in third gear the boost meter bar goes away and the car goes into limp mode cutting the turbos off errors comes on higher rpm and when i try to push it also i have smoke test the car there's no leakage also the sensors are working fine on xentry the intake pressure and other values are accurate working fine i changed pressure selonoid multiple times but still the issue is not fixed i took off vacuum line from wastegate they both move there is vacuum but when actuating it from xentry the wastegate doesn't move and it goes to 90% sometimes below 80% turning the actuation off takes it back to 5% im not understanding what the issue is if there's any expert who can guide on this ):
