Hi all - Brand new C250 owner here. I went to drive my car for the first time last week and found a TON of water on the passenger floor boards. (I'm talking a couple inches) Pulled the entire interior out and set to drying everything with fans + a dehumidifier and I think I have that under control now.
I think I narrowed down the problem to a busted up cabin air intake that wasn't sealing properly. I've set out to try to remove it and have almost gotten everything, but there is one remaining fastener that I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to remove.

Anyone familiar with what this called? and/or how to remove it? (a special tool maybe?)
