2020 Media Screen - Touchscreen or not?

2020 Media Screen - Touchscreen or not?
Hi All,
I recently acquired a 2020 C300 - my first MB. So far, I love the attention to detail and the high quality of everything.
I am having a hard time figuring out one thing however: is the center media screen a touchscreen or not? Mine does not operate as a touch screen. I'm not sure if that is by design or I have a problem.
Looking on the Interwebs, it seem to indicate anything beyond 2019 C-Series media display SHOULD be a touchscreen.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.

2018 C 300 Cabriolet
I am looking at adding a 10.25” Andriod touchscreen/CarPlay-Andriod Auto next month. Been looking into them for a bit, and made some cardboard cut outs to test out what me and my wife thought of the 10.25” v 12.3” options that are available. On our 2018 C300 Cabriolet, the 10.25 mock up “fits” seamlessly with the flow of the dash and mimics the 2019+ screens in size. The 12.3 was too large in regards to how it meshed and flowed with the dash lines and waterfall center console.
I think we narrowed it down to going with the 4x4Shop Canada model, and have an awesome custom install shop about an hour away that I will have do the work so as to insure a tight fit, and no squeaks or rattles after taking apart the center dash to do the work. Cannot wait to have CarPlay again as our vehicle doesn’t have it at all on its puny 7” screen.
