hi every one
i have car mercedes c300 2020
vin number 55WF8EB3LU330480
i accessed the dealr mod and selected wipe all settings since then cars information system has reverted to an older UI several menus have disappeared from settings and the rearview camera is no longer functioning in short everythings was wiped
please that im located in iraq and the car i a US import is there any way to resolve this
can i communicate with any one via computer for further assistance

Hello from Beirut Lebanon I had a similar issue with my car I went to MB dealer they fixed it cost me 65 USD I tried to know how they did it but they were reluctant to give me information. So I recommend you do the same.
