HELP 2008 Mercedes c300 problem

Problem:
After a month of driving, I’ve noticed that when the temperature is really cold outside the car will start. I do let the car heat up between 2-3 minutes in cold weather conditions. After I let the car warm up . I began to drive it , within 1 minute of driving the car. The car doesn’t drive but you do hear the engine going and the rpm moving up . After letting the car sit there for like 30 seconds . The car begans to drive normally no problem nothing. I’m not to sure if this might be a transmission problem. Please let me know

i have placed a video to see if anyone can tell me what the problem might be . There is NO check engine light on.

the past month the car also had an electrical problem got it fixed at the dealership but I am not too sure if it might be an electrical problem causing the car to have that problem above

i have attached a link of the electrical problem

Wrong forum. is your vehicle a W206? The W206 is a new version, not 2008. I think 2008 is a couple generations back. Not sure how many. Google it.

As a matter of (unfortunate) fact . I'm not sure anyone even owns a W206. Are these in Germany now? Would think it's getting close.
