"Sport" mode in Dynamic Select

Does "Sport" mode change the suspension to a stiffer setting? The manual is kind of vague on what's happening under this mode. I can tell the steering is heavier and the revs are higher under but not sure about the change in the suspension setup. Any idea? Thanks.

It depends on if your have trim equipped with adaptive suspension. If I'm not mistaken it's not avalable now in US due to chips shortage.

No, DYNAMIC SELECT does not adjust the suspension on the regular C Class, at least not in US spec variants. The suspension does have adjustable damping (not adaptive), but it's not driver adjustable. It automatically firms up during stronger body motions and softening when the body doesn't move as much, but the driver can't select their own baseline. Optionally there's a sport suspension, but I'm not clear if the sport suspension still has the selective damping system.

In the individual mode configuration you can see what DYNAMIC SELECT adjusts. It's pretty much only the engine/transmission, steering and ESP.

As I understand the sport suspension is just sporty-ish tuning of the springs and shock absorbers but adaptive one.
