Warning beeps when turning through intersections?
Just took delivery of my car last week and I've only driven it about 100 miles so far. On 3 or 4 occasions have had mystery warning beep happen - each time I've been sitting at a signal light waiting to turn left, then when the light turns green and I move forward a few feet, the beeping starts. However, the beeping ends very quickly (1-2 seconds?) - so fast that I haven't really been able to see what message/symbol / is displayed on the screens. Today I caught a glimpse of the center screen - the left side of which showed a top view of my car with an outline around it. When the beeping stopped the image disappeared.
Any ideas what this might be? Is there a way to see a history of the warning messages shown? Trying to figure out if it's normal, or perhaps one of the driver's assistance settings that needs to be tweaked. Thanks in advance!
BTW - My car is Exclusive trim with Driver's Assistance Package.

That's the front parking sensors. They come on automatically at low speed if you are close to the cars ahead of you and/or to your sides, or another obstacle such as a curb. It's a common occurrence. There's a setting called Warn Early that you can change. If turned on (default) then it warns from a distance of 3.3 ft, if turned off it warns from 1.2 ft.
