Dashcam Setuo
I have the Exclusive Trim with Driver and Parking Assist options. I have what appears to be a camera lens under the rear view mirror. When I plugged in a new USB it automatically created a Dashcam folder on it. However, in my apps or anywhere else there is no mention of a Dashcam, I do have a gallery folder with nothing in it. How do I confirm that I have a Dashcam and how do I set it up?

Bummer, 21U is not available yet in the US and requires 19U correct? Or am I better off buying a 3rd party cam?

Yes, it's placeholder. It's where dash camera will be if my and your cars have it. So you have placeholder (blank) meaning your car doesn't have dash camera.

Thank you all. Now that I have determined that I have no camera, just a place for one, I called the Dealer to purchase & install one. They said MB will not make one for post-production install, and that my only option is to buy a 3rd party one. This makes no sense to me especially when I already have numerous cameras in this car (with great resolution I might add), I just want to confirm that what they are telling me is accurate before I shop for a 3rd party cam.

How did you add the dashcam after you received the car? And did you have Augmented video for Navigation even before the dashcam?
