Netstar is messing up the package info. No fix yet.
The netstar messing up is why you see the smartphone integration and exterior lighting package names rather then the proper names sound package and digital light package. They're using old names associated with that code.
As for the rebuilt packages, this must be an early built trial production (pre pro) car that was built without finalized options and features. What's the serial number of this car? I've seen a few of the very first built cars (vins in the 200s) as well as a bunch (maybe 15 or 20) in the 4200s and 4300s (some of the last trial cars before showroom units i.e. full production cars with finalized spes began production) with matching codes. Here's an example build sheet of car 4316.
DQ0 Drivers assistance is the same as the regularly available one but it has the additional option of 292 pre safe side impulse, which is the side bolster that inflates when it senses an accident coming up. That leads me to believe this car also has adjustable side bolsters.
DQ3 is the AMG line without the night package. So this car has the chrome grill, painted side mirrors, chrome on the back splitter, and chrome window surround. I wish this were a normal option in the US - I don't loight the night package.

This car's vin is R000275. I guess it is one of an early production car
Build info has a number of confusing information actually... According to the build info his car has shipped to the united states around May 2022.
But Factory & Purchase Orders created in August 2022 and the car went through custom twice in Aug and Oct 2022.
