Stereo Issue
Hello!
I am having issues with the stereo and command center in my 2020 C43 AMG
The entire stereo system will stop working randomly. Command will boot up and it will connect to Bluetooth or show the radio station but nothing comes out.
Most of the time when it does that when command boots up it's shows Mercedes Benz and not AMG.
It also doesn't show any of the cameras or show the climate control information.
It will randomly start working but then randomly stop again.
I have tried to keep track and see when it does it to see if there's a pattern. But it really just feels completely random. Sometimes it's first start in the morning. Other times its in the afternoon leaving work. Sometimes it later in the evening running to the store.
I was thinking a software issue but the dealership said they did that and the issue is still there. Was looking for some guidance on what I can tell the dealership to do to try and get this fully fixed.
