Production Decade vs Production Date
Hey all,
Apologies if this has already been covered in another thread. I spent a fair amount of time using the search function trying to find anything before deciding to post. I ordered a C300W4 back in September that was originally scheduled for decade 22/10-3 but was delayed until 23/01-3 and a production date of 02-1-23. Based in my searching the forum, that means I'm scheduled for the 3rd 10 day period of January. I'm inclined to believe Feb 1 isn't the day production will begin because it doesn't fall within the 3rd decade of January and if it does, I imagine that would wreak havoc as that kind of system would keep pushing decades for the previous month down into the following months until eventually the decade months no longer fall in the appropriate month (e.g. decade 23/04-1 is entirely in March).

R; does a decade of 23/01-3 and a production date of 2-1-23 mean the car will enter production on February 1st or sometime during the last 10 day period of January?
