Add SiriusXM to Burmester?

Add SiriusXM to Burmester?
We neglected to select the SiriusXM option when we ordered our '23 C300 4MATIC - Pinnacle last year. We did include the Burmester option. Does anyone know what options (other than bluetooth from a phone) we may have?

Edit: Sorry I am wrong. The car doesn’t come with the hardware to use Sirius xm unless you opt it.
[You can always add Sirius XM subscription later. The car comes with the capability to receive their data.
