M260 cylinder head
My girlfriends ‘21 cla cylinder head is defective and the dealer won’t be able to take it in for a few weeks. They don’t have a loaner and refuse to reimburse her for a rental. What sort of recourse does she have and what additional damage may occur from driving it with the defective cylinder? Thanks in advance

Most probably you can check MB customer service for reimbursement options as the dealerships are independent shops... You can check with another dealer also.
