2023 C300 German factored to Brazilian Market. After updating to RL_NTG7_E329.501_22411AC3 one time experienced the message "Cooling System Fault Reduced Performance Mode. See Dealer". Turned ignition off and back on ... message gone. Dealer scanned found no issues car runs at normal temperature. Happened once again after back from dealer (once again gone after ignition off and on). Made long trips after first and second occurrence no issues (high colant or oil temperature). Update SW glitch? Anyone facing?

Just got back from dealer (car stayed ). Since many W206, in Brazil they come from Germany, are presenting faults that are not actually "parts issues" but rather alerts there is a general guideline issued by Brazilian Mercedes to check for bad grounding or short. Many cars here had parts replaced and the problem persisted. Bad grounding or shorts can lead to several electronic glitches and error messages that can mislead services hence the recommendation.
