Screen not working

I' guessing this is a 2022 since EQ logo wasn't removed. Are there any other errors in the main cluster such as seat latch error, light error, assistance system error? Are you able to open the trunk from the driver door?
If there are multiple errors or you cannot open the trunk, it's most likely a rear SAM malfunction. A recall has been issued for 2022 models and should not be a problem on 2023 models.

OP, I guess holding the power button on the screen to soft reset it doesn't work either?
As for the SAM malfunction, OP did you tint your vehicle recently, if so if you don't have the recall done with the cover then it might had got damaged.

Is there a reason why they removed that?

@Sam.Reda even if the vehicle is tinted, do not pay for retrofit the SAM cover and stand by the fact MB issued a global recall. My vehicle was tinted during first week of ownership and dealer installed SAM cover recall free. IF the SAM is totally damaged, the screen would not have turned back on by now. In this case, also do not pay for anything as moisture damage could have occurred without tinting, per the recall issued by MB.

I assume they removed the logo to avoid confusion/protect marketing of fully electric vehicles since MB uses EQ for their plug ins.

I see, that is good advice as well.
