Is there a way to add the navigation feature? I have the MBUX apple carplay but I wanted to add the navigation feature and dashcam recording but the Connect me app says the feature isn't available for my model.

If your car doesnt have a second camera underneath the mono or stereo windshield cameras, you have no camera for the dash cam. This is likely why shop.mbusa.com won't sell it to you.

Also, I believe that the navigation is not available to any w206 from the Me store. It would be surprising considering it's $150 cheaper than MB charges for factory nav.
