Whether it’s the new generation W206 or the even newer, upcoming X254, even upgraded to the AMG Line package, the AMG lettering won’t be there on the steering wheel. As an AMG enthusiast, after I decided to pay extra for the AMG option, I don’t wanna let it out of my sight. I’m not the type of guy to cover myself in brands, but I certainly wouldn’t mind having it on the steering wheel. I don’t know why but to me, it looks hella cool and sporty this way. Saved the trouble and money of changing to a whole AMG steering wheel. It looks so friggin cool! Scroll down to see the process.

It involves a lot of assembly and disassembly of the steering wheel and airbag, so it's best to get it done at your local mechanic. Besides, they will give you some warranty.
To be honest, I know it's a small detail but to me it matters.
