Just purchased 23 C300 in Exclusive trim (US) model and from what I understand if you have keyless go you can press the unlock button once, then press and hold it and it will lower all windows and open the pano roof. This model does not. Is that package specific? If so what package is necessary? My wife's 23 300 cabrio has the function with mbux 6.

My C300e does this. However my car's sun roof doesn't close when I switched off the car and locked it. I assume this is the same as leaving the windows accidentally open. It rained and the cabin got a bit wet when I realised the sunroof was open.

I have exclusive trim and it works for me. You need to press and hold (not press then press and hold again) unlock button to open all the windows and sunroof. For closing press and hold lock button.

On a side note, I was today years old when I found out that the trunk release button on the driver door also closes it if you push it.

No, this is a standard feature as long as you have keyless go and start. You do have to be fairly close to the car. It doesn't work from far away.
