Mercedes me connect does not roam between regions. Since your car is a EU-spec car it will only roam within Europe. You can't activate the services on a EU-spec car in the UAE, as the UAE is part of the Asia region, not the EU region.

i have the same issue ya kareem , bought from Germany and I`m currently in Kuwait ... no way to activate it in Middle East, and we are losing a many features due to this blocking
