Infotainment screen not turning on or working
I noticed that my infotainment screen wouldn’t turn on and my blind spot assist + charging wouldn’t work either. Not getting any battery warning on the main screen but was wondering if anyone else had this issue.

This issue has been addressed endlessly in the forums. Your rear SAM module is shut off, likely from moisture accumulation. Dead screen + blind spot assist inactive confirm this. MB has issued a recall for 2022 models, 2023 allegedly doesn't have this issue.
