I know of the 4 jack points near the wheels but does anyone know any other points to jack the car up to put it on stands? I need to lift the front of the ground

 

I have a 21 c43 and the car has a front jack location, albeit my owners manual shows the same diagram as yours. See the below pic and the red circle, you can’t miss it while you’re under there.

My mom has a 23 glc300 and it does not have this central jack point, only on the sides like your picture. My mom’s owners manual shows the same diagram as well. Not sure why MB decided to change this, probably to make you pay dealer prices for their “premium 4 post lift” lol
