2 weeks ago one of my left door passenger trim dried out and cracked starting to separate from the door. I took the car to the dealer in South Mississippi and they told me that together with the trim they will replace the fuel pump (upper mentioned recall). Took the car in and they gave me a loaner for 2 days. Car was returned to me on the second day and all the work was performed.

 

I've had a recall for over 7 months and they are still refusing to fix my car and now a SECOND recall popped up and they STILL refuse to fix it.

 

My dialership has ordered part. They said that it can take 2-3 weeks and then they will fix this recall.
