When negotiating a lease or purchase, discount before rebates is just as important as the buy rate for money factor or APR.

Have never leased a car before. May need to lease a C300 and have no idea how to approach it.
it shows 12% discount and then how to negotiate the lease itself?
I don’t mind 36 month lease.
pleas advise or point me to where I can learn leasing. A term such as money factor is Greek to me.
