I have a 2021 C300 base trim with run flat tires front 225/45/R18 and rear 245/40/R18. I would like to have a compact spare tire in case I am away from home, late at night or occasions where I cannot resolve easily a flat tire problem. A called the local MB dealer and they do not recommend to use a spare tire or even sale one for that car; however, I have found online from other MB parts dealers that part 205-400-01-00 fits my car but I am not sure if the work as my dealer cannot confirm.
I have seen a couple of other third party companies like EZ-sparewheel.com and mothernspare.com offering them but I have not seen reviews from users yet.

Has anybody used a spare tire for this car or any insight would be appreciated.

Does a spare tire fit anywhere? I would have thought if it was made to house one you it would come with on. Most modern cars would just come with a 'solution' to get the car safety to a service station and off a busy road.
