I scraped the front bumper of my car on a parking block. Now something is sticking out. How much would it cost to fix it? Is it okay not to fix? I need some advise, thank you.

Your car is fine. If anything it is a piece of plastic that is hanging out. If it can come out... remove it so it doesn't fly out while you are driving and hit another car. From the damage shown in the photos...the cost to fix it would be significantly more than it is worth. The likelyhood of you scraping the bumper again is high. I wouldn't worry about it until you have owned the car for like 5 years or once you pay it off (assuming you took a loan out to pay for this).
