Would anyone know how to check the level of 12V starter battery in my 2023 Mercedes C300W4?

The Mercedes Me app shows the 12V battery charge level under maintenance. It's not super specific, but will say charged, partially charged, or critical.

You can also open the workshop menu (it's hidden and needs to be activate by wheel button shortcuts, the method is online and post in the forums). It will show the charge level and discharge rate of both batteries, but may be more information than you need.

Thank you for the reply. That is exactly what I am struggling with. The online videos for opening workshop menu are not working for my car. I am pretty sure I have followed them exactly but I am not able to succeed. Do you mind referring me to a post specific to the 2023 C Class for going into workshop menu?

Thank you so very much for your wonderfully fantastic advise. I was missing the part of turning on the ignition WITHOUT pressing on the brake.
