2019 C300 5 year/50K maintenance
Hi,
My 2019 C300 with 12,000 miles is coming up for 5-year/50K service. The dealership service advisor said that this one is a big service, which also includes replacement of spark plugs. I don't have pre-paid maintenance at this time (used up the 4 I had in the first 4 years). Should I have the spark plugs replaced with only 12K miles on the car? The service advisor also mentioned that MB batteries usually have problems after the 4th year, and advised that I also change the battery. Does that sound right? They quoted $1,700 for pre-paid service A and B, which will cover the upcoming 5 year service (A) and next year service (B).
