It's an issue with Mercedes Me, might be the cars GPRS having issues. If you have the Mercedes-Benz app check to see if all the features (car lock, unlock, tracking, car settings) are working

Mercedes me app not working
I've brought the car in numerous times for the remote start issue. Scheduled again! All the other remotes functions work ( lock horn lights) but not the start function which they always tell me is working!!. I had to sit in the serv ice line for 1 1/2 hours to prove the finger recognition sensor wasn't working. Took weeks to finally fix.
