Stuck Electronic Parking Brake
I tried to take my 2024 C300 for a drive today after having it parked up for a month. After releasing the electronic parking brake the car still won’t go forwards or backwards. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you resolve it?

The rear pads can stick to the rotors, especially if the car has been outisde and there's a bit of surface rust. Assuming that you can hear the parking break release, you should be fine to give the the car a little throttle and they'll break free.

I had something similar happen to me once. In my case it seemed to the problem occurred after washing the car and then immediately parking it in the garage for several days before driving it. So, to avoid this problem from happening again I now drive my car a short distance after washing it to get some of the water off of the brake pads. That seems to be working for me.

Thanks everyone. After rocking it a bit and applying some more gas in reverse, it got unstuck. Drove around a bit and applied to brakes to clear up some rust from the rotors.
